Femke: veel jonge collega's bij OC (met wie ik ook buiten werktijd om soms mee ga sporten of leuke dingen mee plan)

Eveline: uitstekend, heel prettig en fijn.

Waarom heb je voor Osborne Clarke gekozen?

Judith: Onze notaris Cars-Jan, voor wie ik toen al 5 jaar werkte, kon de mooie overstap naar OC maken en toen heeft hij gevraagd of ik mee wilde. Inmiddels werken we al bijna 13 jaar samen.

Wat is voor jou typerend voor de OC-cultuur?

Zoela: geen hiërarchie binnen kantoor, waardoor het prettig is om met iedereen samen te werken.

Hoe breng je je tijd graag door als je niet werkt?

Poor performance of an employee: what to do?

From an employment law perspective, a common question from the employer is: my employee is not performing well, can I dismiss him/her? The answer to this question is 'yes', provided that the requirements for termination due to poor performance, as laid down by law, are met or the employee him or herself agrees to termination of the employment.
